1~Check the list of best keyboards for Android from here and download any of them, I recommend Swift keyboard

2~ Now Install any of them and set it as your default keyboard from your phone settings, under System then language and input settings

3~ For any of the keyboards you installed do check if it had the mic symbol as shown on the screenshots below

4~ Now to Speech to text, long click(click and hold) the mic icon, then start talking
